It is the mission of Inner Resources to provide our clients with high quality professional services that focus on solving problems affecting quality of life and the performance of individuals in the workplace.  It is our goal to provide accessible, confidential, and practical guidance for the wide variety of personal problems in order to decrease the cost of health care, reduced productivity, turnover and low morale in the workplace.

This is accomplished by offering programming and consultation services, employee assistance programs, managerial coaching and educational training opportunities to our client organizations.

In addition Inner Resources offers online tools for both employees and employers.  To take advantage of our online resources you must obtain a user id and password.  This will allow you to log on and view several assessment tools along with other resources exclusive to our EAP subscribers.  To log on, simply use either the employee or employer links on the menu bar.
